Permission Forms

Two permission forms will be sent home this evening. The first permission form is pertaining to SJA's annual trip to Canada's Wonderland. This is to be filled out and returned by Thursday, May 20th. The second form is pertaining to the grades 2-6 excursion to the Peel Children's Water Festival. The permission form and money are to be returned no later than Wednesday May 26th.
